All bungalows are wooden built with sporting antique, carved doors and pillars. Each bungalow resembles traditional Kerala architecture.

You can choose one from six accommodation options from Illam and Mana, Sidhardha, Nalukettu, Arappura/Tharavadu, Special Cottages and Ordinary Cottages. The Illam and Mana is a traditional house with carved pillars, buttresses and doors having one deluxe with a living room other one being ordinary room. The Sidhardha is a deluxe granite bungalow with a pentagonal living room with an open terrace and a courtyard. The Nalukettu is a replica of the traditional Tharavad house with four wings and a central courtyard.
The Arappura/Tharavadu is built in the design of traditional Kerala houses made from wood. The Special Cottages are round thatched villas made from natural mud and bricks with a exotic view of the sea. The Ordinary Cottages comes in stone as well as bricked versions. All rooms in the six categories are provided with en-suite bath and other basic amenities.
